We are the official online store for MOODEAN. We guarantee the authenticity of our products. Additionally, we offer two complimentary samples on all orders.
The only way to guarantee the authenticity of your MOODEAN fragrance is if the product was purchased on our website, in one of our boutiques, or at any of our authorized retailers.
The best place to store your fragrance is in a dark and cool place, away from humidity, sunlight, and high temperature.
The shelf life begins with the first spray. Once the scent has been introduced to the air, allowing for 3 years of shelf life if it is stored properly.
There is no “strict” expiration date for perfume unlike cosmetic products, but an optimal date of use. The advice period is 3 years. However, this depends on the storage conditions which should be in a dark and cool place, away from humidity, sunlight, and high temperature.
It depends on many factors, such as climate, cloth materials, and the number of sprays; usually, our perfume retains the fragrance for an average of 8 to 36 hours.

Samples
We offer 2 complimentary samples on all orders. You can also discover MOODEAN in our boutiques or at any of our authorized retailers.
We do not send or sell samples separately as per our company policy.
Delivery
We ship to most countries of the world, and will not deal with or provide any services or products to any of Sanctions countries in compliance with the law of the UAE.
Our prices are VAT inclusive without customs duties.
The different methods of payment accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and American Express. Payment is made via recognized payment operator Stripe.
Once your parcel is shipped, an email is sent to the email address provided with all the tracking information.

Your order can be canceled and exchanged. We can only accept the exchange of products purchased within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and in their original packaging.
